@rev0lution:South Dakota doesn't have a state income tax, but they do have a state sales tax and natives pay state sales tax, as well as federal income tax. The Rosebud reservation also has its own health care, fire and police. Actually the state troopers are not allowed on the Rosebud, except to transport prisoners, etc. But Feds do have jurisdiction, so sometimes the FBI or US Marshalls accompany local tribal police on drug raids, etc. The Lakota on the Rosebud do not get the quarterly checks that you are talking about. The tribes don't have as much money out here..

yes, you have to pick the dog by its collar. The dog's neck is VERY strong, and majority of the times nothing happens.He slams to dog to teach him to respond to orders properly. No, the argument against being in Afghanistan was that is seems to be about as hopeless as it is without direction, lacking any clear definition of "victory" despite all the talk of "winning" there.The argument regarding Saudi Arabia was meant to discredited the argument for going to Afghanistan in the first place, this complicating the question "Why did we go there, and why stay?" even further.Separate points.
