Sadly, i'll back that up. I absolutely LOVE my iPhone. I work freelance for many clients at once. I use nearly every standard feature on a daily basis. The calendar syncs with my mac instantly. My contacts are backed up automatically. Visual voicemail is a god-send when prioritizing client projects. Honestly, it's become a dependable and central part of how I conduct my business... that being said, in the last two or three months - the network started dropping more then 25% of all my calls (before 5pm it's really bad, after 6 I rarely have probems). Often my phone never rings - a voicemail will just show up an hour later. It's embarrassing and it's getting noticeably worse with time. It's not a reception issue - I've always got 4 bars. In fact, even when I'm out of town and have no bars, I still usually even have 3G.Probably what irks me the most, (even more then the fact that somehow text messaging doesn't fall under "Unlimited Data") is the fact that I'm faithfully fulfilling my end of a 2-year contract despite how AT&T is blatantly snubbing theirs.... AT&T is getting a free ride out of me just because Apple made a kick ass phone.And no, I'm not hacking/jail-breaking or otherwise pwning my iPhone for reasons I'm not getting into here.

I think they are going to change the business phone market. Eventually companies are going to realize that many of their employees are already buying very capable smartphones and they are going to change policies to allow employees to connect thier own phones to the company network. I think this will happen because it will save the company money if they don't have to provide phones to employees and employees are going to want it because they do not want to carry two phones.
