The people who wrote the press release aren't really an "industry." It's a site called TunesPro, which operates offshore. If you remember the Russian site AllofMP3, you'll understand how they work.Whether TunesPro actually pays royalties and operates within the law is debatable. For now I'd say it's a safe bet that the $0.19 they collect per track does not actually go to the artists or labels.If it's between pirating and using a site like TunesPro, you may as well pirate.!
