There's no law against wearing make-up, and thus a lot of young girls pile it on, as it's one of the only ways they can express themselves, and end up looking like a clown. I know this because i was just there 2 months ago. We also took a weekend trip up north to the Caspian Sea (where this article is about) and it really did feel weird to be on a beach without anybody in baithing suits.
